A surprising lacking amenity was shampoo/conditioner, so take your own -- this is a budget hotel, quaint (decked out for the season) and sufficient. I think some posted store/office hours that are kept by owner or friend when she's busy would be a plus -- The photo shows the cute gift shop, one of the reasons I chose this location,...

"The room was very basic it had a queen bed a dresser with a roku tv a ac unit and a bathroom with stand up shower but for what i paid it was perfect"

"Clean basic motel, easy check in & check out. Motel is older but well kept. Diner, pizza, Chinese restaurant & neighborhood bar within walking distance. Would stay here again "

"First time bed and breakfast experience. Can I tell you, the host Nash was wonderful. We were there for a week long Cooperstown tournament at dreams park. The house is located about 20 minutes from the park but easy to get to. We ate delicious gourmet breakfast everyday compliments of the host. Delicious coffee too! I highly recommend renting the room with beautiful view, If not , you can hang out on deck. Swim, fish etc. Thank you dealrly! "
