They told me the heat in the room I was given possibly didn’t work and had provided a heater which actually wasn’t needed since heat was indeed working. "In general we enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues that keep it from getting five stars: 1) Lighting needs improvement. It's quite dim, especially in the living area, bathroom, and kitchen. There are under-cabinet lights in the kitchen but they seem to have a mind of their own and we couldn't find a way to have them stay on.
