"Amazing stay. Beautiful historical building from the 16th Century and it was once the university of Catalina. Room is big. Breakfast was great, too. The highlight is the spa and the building itself. Will definitely come back if I come back to El Burgo de Osma."

"The property was lovely, the restaurants were decent, the thermal pool was a nice treat and open to all. The concierge is excellent and can arrange tours in English of several Ribera del Duero wineries. The wines are wonderful!"

"The hotel is an old castle high up above the valley - how fantastic is that? Wonderful character with plenty to wander around and explore. We would have enjoyed the views from the rooftop terrace had the weather been a bit warmer but we enjoyed looking around the hotel and relaxing with a drink in the main central room. There was no bar as such but drinks were available from reception and we had a great meal in the restaurant. Good service throughout our stay."
