"Good location, clean. Stove underpowered"

"It took me over 30 minutes to find the apartment when arrived by taxi from Leon airport. After talking to the owner on phone and realized that the address on Expedia website is not updated. Finally checked in the apartment with WhatsApp communication with the owner who gave clear instructions to get the code and key to enter. Clean and tidy nice 2 bedroom apartment which oversees the Plaza Mayor and the NH Collection Leon Hotel, close to the Cathedral and a short walk to restaurants. Good stay...

"El apartamento es pequeño y su equipamiento (vajilla, cubertería, etc), muy básico. Curiosamente, el día que llegamos la lavadora que dicen tener se había estropeado. Vistas a un patio, iluminación pobre."

"This was a very nice apartment in a very good location. The only problems we had were the refrigerator and payment method. The refrigerator did not work. We called several times, but the owner made no effort to repair it. The owner told us to show up with cash which we did. No one was there to take it and we were told to put the payment on a credit card. We paid a pretty stiff fee in an ATM to get the Euros and then the owner takes our credit card."

"Amazing location seconds away from the plaza. The unit is on the top floor so it's pretty quiet even with the partying going on below. We will definitely stay in this unit again. "

"If you want to know the city this is the best place to stay, de place is lovely, the owner give very good instructions, all clean, comfortable, and is in the best place to be, near of all that you want to see, good restaurant just one step to the door. Rally good choice"

"I loved this apartment. The location was very convenient to the sights we wanted to see and there were good places to eat nearby. The neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen and bathroom were well furnished and I really appreciated having the washing machine to do laundry. It was easy to get into the apartment and communication with the host was fast. I do recommend this apartment."

"L'annonce est fidèle à la réalité. Un appartement très propre, bien équipé, dans un immeuble bien sécurisé. Une situation idéale pour visiter la ville historique de Salamanque, tout peut se faire à pieds. Ne pas hésiter à garer sa voiture dans un parking souterrain (peu de places disponibles près de la location) c'est ce que nous avons fait et c'était très bien. Un accueil sérieux et très bien organisé. A recommander sans soucis."

"The property is located on the plaza mayor. Due to this, the location is excellent for exploring the historic city, but I was told by the host that bc of restrictions on the plaza, this apartment (as well as all others in the plaza) cannot have AC. During high summer, it is very difficult to sleep without AC after the heat of the day so I would not recommend this apartment for summer travel. Fans are provided but they were not enough to be comfortable. We are from Texas so I dont say this...
