The staff is iinvariably helpful and responsive - with both internal hotel matters and outside bookings and recommendations. Not in the very center of the city. Yet, the hotel is just a 15 mins trip from the airport and it has a short and easy public transport, walking and taxi connection to the central parts of Madrid, as well as to various parks and attractions around town. Quiet, accessible to shopping center, walkable distance to supermarkets like Mercadona and Aldi. It was clean, comfortable, great communication with the lobby, spacious, we couldn’t have had a better stay. "
