"Highly recommended. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool area was lovely. Set dinner was excellent, so were the ala carte items we ordered the next day. However the breakfast buffet was very disappointing. That was our only gripe."

"Great staff and very good property. Good was okay. Breakfast good. Ate at Banyan tree two nights. I recommend The Cove. Very good. Staff at Casia are great. Disappointed Jet Ski and ATV not available. Paintball was great fun. Overall would give the holiday a solid 8/10. Fantastic Beach. Windy in January. "

"Had a pleasant 2N stay at the hotel. The service from the front reception to bell boy is excellent. Was greeted by Mr Willy who is very friendly and patiently responded to my questions on my room request. Very pleased to note that my room was available before checkin time and my special request has been satisfied. I highly recommend this hotel for it's excellent service, great location and eco friendliness (no use of plastic and having recycling bins at all levels)."

"Location was good. 20mins drive from Batam Center Ferry Terminal and 5-10mins walk to Grand Batam Mall, 15-20 mins walk to BCS Mall. There are many eateries around. The room was spacious and clean. Though the furniture is a bit old, they are functional. The negative point is the bath tub. The design is not good as the water from either the shower head or the waterfall head will have some of the water onto the bathroom floor. "Great stay and highly recommend it for the price and value. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great dinner options at sister locations. The only thing I wished for was better seating options on the beach. There were a few lounge chairs, but they weren’t in good condition and didn’t have cushions. "

They should refine their write up and say that they will pick you up from the Mega Mall which is just beside the Batam Center Ferry. 3. "Quiet and secure environment, making it a great choice for a peaceful stay. The hotel is easily accessible, and the added security of scanning your room card to access your floor provides an extra layer of safety. "The staff at the ferry terminal pick up and concierge are very helpful. I don’t remember all the names but Ode helped us with the bags while we cycled to the hotel. Food wise Indonesian food is great and breakfast choices are many. View from the pool is amazing."

"The hotel is located near the habour bay ferry terminal. We took grab to reach the hotel within few minutes. The rooms are clean and spacious. So nice that the hotel provides welcome drink at the lobby. "

"Great Indonesian hospitality. Nicely nestled in a quiet part of a bustling neighborhood. Walkable to the Water Parks, Food Street, Amusement Part, Factory Outlets, and Restaurants. Also not too far from BCS Mall and the Zoo. Rooms need a little touch up as they have weathered the test of time... We booked a 2 bedroom unit, the in-unit pool was great. Room Service is also faster than many other places. One thing that didn't go so well was the check-out. This took a long process as the chamber staff had to do an inventory of all the items... a resort that is branding itself as a more upmarket venue shouldn't still be doing this... however, I understand considering what type of guests the resort attracts. Complimentary breakfast daily; a la carte from Mon to Wed and Buffet from Thu to Fri. Will surely return!"
