"The house was very clean and was great for our home base while visiting family in St. Michael’s. The owner was very response and friendly. The house included all basic amenities and then some! The owner really took the time and care preparing this place for guests. Downtown Cambridge is a short drive and a cute little town with shops and restaurants. We didn’t have a ton of time to explore downtown but plan to on our next stay! "

"I highly recommend staying here for a cozy couples weekend. It was absolutely beautiful and quiet. The host was so nice and made us feel welcome. I can’t wait to stay here again."

"Owner canceled the day before with no notice"

"This house is huge and has lots of different indoor and outdoor gathering spaces so the kids and adults in our group of three families didn’t have to be on top of each other in one living space the whole time. Big firepit area and huge lawn were great, and we enjoyed the kayaks and canoe. There’s a place to buy fresh crabs, oysters, and shrimp very close by, and the house has everything you need for a crab night. The owner was incredibly responsive and kind."

"We enjoyed our time at the house very much. We went out to dinner only once and the rest of the time we ate in. We grilled two nights and made a roast one night. The views and the pool were more than you could imagine."

"We had the best time at this gorgeous property to celebrate a 70th birthday. With 6 adults and 2 kids, we had plenty of room to be comfortable. Everything is clean, well functioning, and beautiful! There are so many nice personal touches that you don’t need to worry about a thing. For example, heated toilets, outlets everywhere, supplies, a well stocked kitchen, games, lovely linens and towels. "It was a beautiful house. We were disappointed it wasn't cleaner. There weren't enough towels. One of the shower drain was plugged and the smoke detector went off at 2 in the morning because it needs to be replaced. The dryer was full of half dry bedding "

"We rented this house with another family for a baseball tournament in Salisbury. The house was under 10 minutes from the field. And it sure beat a hotel as we had some extra down time. The place was charming, had comfy beds and was clean. We would stay again. "

"The original home is unique and gorgeous and the additions, the sunroom facing sunrises and the lodge style master chef kitchen gave us plenty of room to spread out. The large lawn and driveway gave us plenty of areas to walk the dogs and the beach was a daily swim spot for the dogs. The pool was one of the nicest we have had yet. We love the places with nice pools facing the boats out on the water. We will be back again for sure"

"Every morning I made coffee, lit the fire pit on the dock and spent at least from 30 minutes before sunrise to 30 after. Used Merlin to identify bird calls. Heard and saw bald eagles, a belted kingfisher and an eastern bluebird. Watched a great blue heron fishing. Heard many many different birds. Truly an awesome location to slow down and enjoy the moment "

"This property was exactly what we were looking for our family vacation. Location on the water, the amenities were above and beyond, comfortable beds, and land as far as you could see. The fishing and crabbing was exceptional for all ages. The kids loved crabbing, new to us, caught some turtles as well, all released back. "We stayed in this beautiful property for a weekend of bike riding in Cambridge. The place was very accurately described in the listing, very clean, nice bathrooms, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Great view of the river from the living room We even enjoyed the kayaks and a late Sept swim in the Choptank. "

"This was our third summer at Indian Fields. We love this property. The kids can safely ride their bikes and swim in the pool morning till dark. It was too windy for boat fishing, but we caught a lot of crabs right off the dock! This is an older house with lovely nooks and crannies where the kids play hide and seek. We really appreciated the charging ports on every nightstand. There’s also a new smoke detector but be warned…it is VERY sensitive. Always turn on the stove fan, even just to make a...

"Awesome place ! We had some family visit us there and everyone loved the place too. The toilet paper holder in the half bath needs to be reattached to the wall. Also … I noticed the drain pipe closest to the hot tub is separated at the top. "

"We had a great stay here for a weekend baseball tournament about 8 minutes from the fields. The house was very cozy. We and our two teens were very comfortable. The host was immediately responsive to our two questions. Overall, a great stay. If we're back in Salisbury, we hope to stay again. "

"The property was perfect for our family get together. We had a baby, toddler, preschooler, elementary and teens, moms, dads and grandparents. There was a place for everyone. Having a pack n’ play available would have been nice, but we procured one elsewhere. The property was large and felt very private, but Cambridge was just a quick drive."
