"Review the details before arrival, and consider calling ahead. The front desk may not be manned after hours and you have to call to get checked in - all was good once I figured out how to call them from a US cell phone. If you're driving and arriving late, the parking garage may have limited access - again, call ahead to verify things. Everyone was super helpful, and everything worked out great. "The hotel is fairly new and very good. The staff was welcoming and efficient. The room was spotless and it’s an easy access from the airport, just take the sky train to parking P4 and than it’s a 15 mins walk or 10€ with Uber ride. The breakfast was very good and we had no trouble finding a table at 9am even though it was busy. We would definitely stay there again if needed in Dusseldorf."
