"This was a shared guest house but everyone was very private. I never met another person although I heard people leaving. I would stay here again. The house and the view from the second floor was historically nice."

"Great location - quiet, peaceful, safe. The accommodations looked exactly as pictured online. The bed was the comfiest I’ve ever stayed in and we’ve been using VRBO for years. Perfect for a couple and had everything we needed."

"The property is 3 levels with spiral staircases. 1) Downstairs "livingroom" area with sofas and TV. Washer/dryer also located there. We didn't spend much time in this room since there was no bathroom on that level 2) Second floor has the queen bed (comfy), kitchen and bathroom. This is where we spent 95% of our time. "My friends and I had an excellent stay at this property, it was the perfect size for 3 adults and very quaint and private. I will say that the listing says that it is 8.8 miles from Leesburg VA (which is where my friends and I were visiting) but that is not entirely accurate- there IS a ferry you can take across that maybe makes that number true but if you are an out of towner and are planning on just driving GPS style it ACTUALLY takes about 25-30 minutes to drive into town. "Overall the Hotel was great! Location wise was ideal and the rooftop was amazing with awesome views! My only complaint is the price of the food. Breakfast seemed excessively expensive so i would recommend not eating breakfast at the hotel. I ordered just two dishes with 1 coffee and 1 orange juice and it was like $85! "
