"This is a great place to base your exploration of DC. Close enough to walk, bus, or metro to eveything in the city. The apartment itself was clean and well maintained. The addition of the washer/dryer was a lifesaver. The only negative we found was the low water pressure in the shower (but overall not a vig deal at all)."

"The managers were super responsive, check in was easy and the place had everything I needed for a short stay. Located near a lot of important landmarks, and not far from the Capitol, Wharf or the airport. I noticed folks in the neighborhood were also kind, alert and helpful."

"Great communication with our host. The unit is just as advertised. The basement apartment is comfortable and is in an amazing location and neighborhood. In three walking directions you have access to few corner/mini marts, 6 to 10 sit down food options, street markets, and Trader Joe's. There are electric scooter and bike rentals everywhere you look, we used Lime. Uber or Cab rides were averaging around 20 bucks for longer rides to places by the waterfront and the neighborhood/city area over...

"If you are going to be visiting, Washington DC, the subway is about a 3 to 4 minute walk away. It is also a five minute walk away from the edge of the Catholic university and some of its restaurants. For four adult people, furniture could have been a little more comfortable in the living room area. But we spent very little time at the unit, so we made it work. It was not listed that a blow dryer was there, and I made the mistake of not packing one. We had questions regarding the checking in...

"It’s a good location - walking distance to the wharf and the metro which can get you to any of the DC sights. Safe area and near a CVS at the Wharf and a Safeway for groceries. Top bathroom was missing conditioner but had shampoo and soap (they probably would have corrected but I had brought my own). The hosts were very communicative. I didn’t love the particular app that I had to download onto my phone to open the door initially (and then there is a physical key if wanted) but it did work....

"Welcomed with fully stocked snacks, drinks, towels, toilet paper, everything we could’ve needed. Very modern and up to date, slightly hot to sleep at night on the third level, very clean, only one parking space designated for the area so other cars had to find street parking a bit away, a little mixed vibes on the neighborhood."
