"This is an older property. Some things are need an upgrade. Carpet replacement would be good. Paint to match or repaint whole rooms. A lot of construction in the area but I didn't pick up on it from my room. It has a 2 story building and a 3 story building. Overall, no issues with the room, pricing ($100.00 deposit, in addition to price you pay), no breakfast, bed was comfortable. No issues with staff."

"Really great! This is an older building so there are a few areas that could use touch up paint but look beyond that! The staff is friendly and the service is great! The breakfast is wonderful and the beds are awesome. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! "

"The staff was excellent, very friendly and welcoming. The one thing i would say is there is a Sonesta Simply Select and a Sonesta Simply Suites. When i got there to check in i went into Select and not Suites, not realizing there were even the two. Suites is back behind Select. I'd seen a review that maps hadnt given the correct directions and this may be what they were refering to, as maps gave me directions to the incorrect office as well.
