"The hotel is conveniently located near the convention center. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. The downside is the strong smell of cleaning product throughout the room. It is so overwhelming that we have to keep the window wide open for the whole time while not sleeping when the temperature outside is 20F (-5C). I'm very sensitive to smells so that's a big downside for me. Otherwise the stay was good. "

"My friend and I made separate reservations (weeks apart) and the front desk Brian was able to accommodate us with conjoined rooms, and an early check in (we got there before the rest of our group)."

"This hotel was the perfect location for us. We were able to walk along a path to the Podium to watch our son run. My kids loved the pool, hot tub and sauna. I also liked that the room had 2 tv’s that way the teenagers could watch what they wanted from their side. The breakfast & breakfast area is nicer than most hotels. "

"The service and property were great! However, there were lots of homeless people and dogs barking. My wife and I walked out for lunch, and when we returned to the hotel, an unleashed big dog dashed towards us, barking. Fortunately, a homeless guy called his dog and took care of it, but that 3-4 minutes of unsafe situation was not good. "
