It's conveniently located a block away a supermarket and pharmacy and walkable distance of the historic part of Reggio Emilia and the Centro Internazionale Loris Malaguzzi. The train stations are 7 minutes away by car or taxi. ."

The area is quiet at night, but it could be a little noisy early in the morning around 7 a.m. and 8am but nothing extreme.
