"This is THE place to stay! This piazza is the main place in the whole of Mantua, and you'll be right next to everything. I thought I was in a loft, but it turned out I could hear the people above me rearranging furniture until late each...

"Check in was quick but the attendant wasn’t friendly. We were looking for ice and all he had to say was - no ice. My room didn’t have a shower head, lacked a set of robes and slipper which I had made the staff aware. "
