"Raymond and Jayson are fantastic! We had an emergency as our condo was hit badly by storm Helene and we had a tenant in our unit. We scrambled to get flights, car and a place to stay on no minutes notice and came across the Kenwood Gables as we were making our last minute travel plans. Their property is an oasis! Lovely pool, amazing breakfasts and such great hosts. We will certainly be back as they made us feel like family. Thank you Raymond, Jayson, Kona and Fizzy. You made a difficult time...

"We arrived late after our flight was delayed only to find that the door code provided would not work to gain us entry. After hours on the phone with VRBO we gave up. This was around 3am at this point after traveling all day. We couldnt get anyone from the property management company on the phone until the following day at which time they acknowledged that their keypad software was malfunctioning and they offered us less than we paid for the night back as a refund. "Rooms in a historic old house that is big enough to give you privacy snd quiet from the noise from downtown while still being near to walk. Parking was a bit of a challenge if you came home late but you don’t need to drive it’s great. Lots of bars and restaurants just s couple blocks away and only a couple blocks from the bay."
