"Exceptionally happy with our stay. Beautiful home, steps from the beach. Had everything we needed for our visit."

"Location was great for our needs, dining, beach access & commuting. The unit itself (301) was ok but not the cleanest. The bathrooms were bad, not much effort was put into cleaning them. The water was hard & left a film on the eating utensils, also not great for showering. There was a broom, but no dust pan, mop but no bucket & not one piece of beach equipment (chairs,cooler,umbrella or even kids bucket/shovel). We like the unit location of unit as it was on the end. "Nice location and staff was excellent and friendly. Disappointed pool was down “until further notice” and that was not communicated before arrival. One elevator out but that was communicated and did not cause any problems. Property has done a nice cleanup after the hurricanes. Living area had comfortable furniture and kitchen had everything you could need. Very clean and great location. Would stay again. "

Beds were old and very worn, no toilet paper holder in primary bathroom, light bulbs burnt out, closet door handles missing, primary bathroom fan inoperable. Overall, great property but missing the details. Maintenance/ cleaning staff needs to step up their game. "
