Simply ignored. I think they feel bad to say no so they prefer ignoring rather than declining a request or explaining why they can’t help. That is however a minor detail given the hotel location and comfort level. "

The restaurant offers lots of great snacks and dinner options which is great because you often get home from your outings quite late and there are no other good dining options close by.
