All great!
Great service from the whole staff. I got sick and was assisted by Eric that facilited getting medical help, Jeferson was really nice to help me with diner requests and Valdir at the bar has great drinks recommendation. Overall a very pleasant stay as always , this is my 3rd time back. Looking forward to more.

Wonderful stay for the second time

The paradise
The Nannai Resort SPA is my favorite place in the whole world. I would love to live there forever. Amazing place, amazing food, amazing staff. Oh my...I wish I could stay more.

Landscape is wonderful, all gardens, pools, rooms, extremely cleans. Beach towels everywhere , handy. Staff is something that we need to mention. People are more than nice . The only thing I'd say is in the pool some staff sometimes were a little distracted but whenever they see you need anything, they'd rush to deliver. The bar close to restaurant had amazing drinks, a professional lady who prepared the drinks . I was very impressed by the professionalism of all staff. One last thing, the Spa service also excellent . Very good professionals . Definitely a place to come back and recommend to family and friends. Thank you Nannai family for my amazing vacations

We booked a garden room but upgraded to a private bungalow upon arrival which was quite a lot more ecoensive but absolutely worth it!!! With a private pool that connected to a series of smaller pools and well away from tge rest of the comunal areas. The hotel was busy due to a holiday weekend and so tgere were quite a few kids but still mostly couples and adults.

It was a very nice stay. However, they first put me in a very far away room at the building, without any view! So I had to talk to them about it, then, they moved me to a room closer to the pool. I also stayed at the bangalô, which was very nice but a little too dark. There wasn’t any screen door so I could not leave the door or windows opened. But overall it was a very nice experience. At the buffer, some waiters just ignored me! That wasn’t very nice. There was an amazing waiter who was extremely nice and friendly every time he saw me, his name I think is Fabiano ( short, overweight, green eyes) he was really kind. He always went the extra mile to help me. That was very nice. I will definitely go back there soon. My daughter didn’t want to leave! 😊

De fato, é uma experiência maravilhosa. A comida é simplesmente surreal, extremamente bem feita, gostosa, não falta absolutamente nada no café da manhã e jantar. Incrível! A praia e estrutura de praia é espetacular, o hotel é lindo e as piscinas deliciosas. O spa é maravilhoso. Chá da tarde sensacional. Local de extrema qualidade. Pontos a melhorar: - fomos em família, achamos o clubinho desorganizado (não cadastram as crianças para controle), estrutura do clubinho antiga e com pouca variedade de atividades, nossa filha não gostou. Não condiz com o valor pago na hospedagem nem pago por criança. - A piscina do bangalô estava bem suja - Quando chegamos, notamos o quarto com bastante poeira, mas após nossa reclamação, foi ajustado e ficou satisfatório. Porém, senti falta de uma limpeza melhor nos quartos. - O serviço na piscina pode melhorar, em muitos momentos sentimos falta de pessoal - Pelo custo, os ammenities do quarto poderia ser tb loccitane - Demora pra repor talheres nas mesas, limpar mesas. Retirar pratos nos bangalôs
