The room and bed was exceptionally comfortable and the hotel had a really nice feel to it with lots of families staying and hanging out in the communal areas. "In general the hotel was fine although the breakfast opens from 8am which was late for me since I got the bus at 8. Also you need too book spa in advance, I stayed there for 1 night and during checkin I tried to book a slot and all were taken already"

"The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff were very friendly and Alex on the front desk was very helpful! (My son lost his AirPods, but Alex was very helpful in getting them back to us!). A great location, the shuttle van was exceptionally helpful for reaching the gondola. We will come back again!!"
