"Loved this place! Stayed here with 5 other people and the room was so nice and clean. We loved the 2 showers and 2 toilets especially. Staff was great and showed us how to get to grandvalira. Recommend!"

"Really good located hotel in the middle of Andorra. Big rooms and big toilet, with shower and also bath tub. Pet friendly! Which makes it easy for a family holiday :) Great customer service too! Really helpful "

"Really was a lovely place to stay. Staff always helpful and chatty. Room was immaculate and so was the hotel. I really cannot fault. The food was excellent with lots of choice and fresh. They certainly did not cut corners with lovely meat dishes, lots of fresh fruit, fresh breads really nice. My ONLY small criticism was that we chose this hotel because it showed a swimming pool and hot-tub. However they didn't make it clear that you have to PAY EXTRA for this EVERY time. "In general the hotel was fine although the breakfast opens from 8am which was late for me since I got the bus at 8. Also you need too book spa in advance, I stayed there for 1 night and during checkin I tried to book a slot and all were taken already"

"From the arrange pick up at the airport to our departure this was a fantastic stay. The staff is genuinely welcoming and makes you fell special from the moment you walk through the door. They've understood the difference between service only and service with hospitality. From the receptionist to the sommelier via the bell boy to the restaurant and bar staff - we can highly recommend this hotel and we thank you all for a great stay! "

"We loved our stay, the staff were super accommodating, the rooms were cleaned to a high standard and they went over and above to accommodate for my dietary requirements. The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the slopes and the ski lockers were very useful. We would recommend to stay here, the breakfast has a good range of choices and there are several bars and restaurants next to the hotel. "

"This hotel is nicely sited within view of many local stores so it very convenient. The Argentine girl on the reception was a delight to speak to regarding the unusual hobby of me and my co-guest. Best of all is staying during April as the rooms cost next to nothing as the ski season is over. The only negative is the room I was in had an audible plumbing type noise from behind the wall which continued through the night."

The reception team and the restaurant / bar team were very helpful however in the restaurant for breakfast they sometimes could not keep up with the demand…eg set places, the orange juicers was out of oranges on numerous occasions . "It was all good except that there was no parking left at the hotel and it was difficult to find a free place in the area. Staff was kind and helpful. We got a triple room for a double, which was nice, and complimentary bottled water on the way out."

"Fabulous location - probably the best for access to the slopes. Ski storage room was dissappointing, bedrooms are lovely. Great that its adjoined to the Hermitage and you can use the bar there. The service is the Village bar was very slow. Left some items behind in the room. They were not handed in. Nice candle as a Christmas present - shame we didn't get the chocolates like our friends did!"

What a friendly find with everything right there.

"Le Clos Cerdan is a great place to stay because everything is right there. The rooms are very freshly redone and spacious with artful lighting. They have a bar and restaurant so no need to drive anywhere, and the view is spectacular. We had a rainy few days so the steam room and sauna were a treat when it was too cold to walk outside. There's also plenty of parking. Next time we'll bring our tennis rackets!"

Résidence Les Chalets de l'Isard - Vacancéole

"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. Worst thing about it was the fact that the place had clearly not been cleaned properly. It was really dirty. There was supposed to be a vacuum cleaner in the building (as per the notification in room) but there was nothing. We brushed and cleaned the floor but when we went to check out, they told us the vacuum was at reception so we had to go back and hoover. No issue with doing this but the fact that the room was not clean when we arrived meant I was unimpressed with needing to go all the way back to the room to complete this job. Location is good, right next to the slope and a small drive from the gondola and lifts. Parking was also good, with plenty of room. All in all, a very bad experience and we will not stay again."
