"The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff were very friendly and Alex on the front desk was very helpful! (My son lost his AirPods, but Alex was very helpful in getting them back to us!). A great location, the shuttle van was exceptionally helpful for reaching the gondola. We will come back again!!"

"Fabulous location - probably the best for access to the slopes. Ski storage room was dissappointing, bedrooms are lovely. Great that its adjoined to the Hermitage and you can use the bar there. The service is the Village bar was very slow. Left some items behind in the room. They were not handed in. Nice candle as a Christmas present - shame we didn't get the chocolates like our friends did!"

The reception team and the restaurant / bar team were very helpful however in the restaurant for breakfast they sometimes could not keep up with the demand…eg set places, the orange juicers was out of oranges on numerous occasions . The biggest issue was the fact that the majority of the time the food was lukewarm … if that… and NEVER hot. This was pointed out to the team and they indicated it had been raised before! "Location is key, opposite Fort Mont Louis, 15 m to ski areas. Hotel accepts dogs. The spa isn't attached, you need to have dressing gown or slippers! Only two changing rooms so easier to go back to room. It's a little tired but early mornings and just after lunch practically empty before the skiiers return! Reception was a little surly but the restaurant menu and staff were excellent. Value for money, don't be put off by the cafe basic entrance. Rooms have been renovated, large king size...
