"Cottage was nice, but needs some repairs and updates. It was very clean, we had everything we needed, and it was warm. All the trails in the park was closed so we enjoyed some in the Red River Gorge, which was only a 15-20 minute drive. Lots of good restaurants in the area as well."

The only unfortunate part was that the walls were very thin and not very soundproof, so we were woken up at all hours of the night from noisy neighbors. Other than that, the place was great! The cabin does have a lot of steps but it was worth every one. We packed light per the recommendations and happy we did. The cabin was covered in snow and ice which made it even more magical to look at and explore. We walked both paths to check out the chairs on the hill and by the waterfall.
