The Wellington was built in 1950 and has retained all her charm, along with her upgrades. There is a new concrete walk, front parking pad, side parking pad, front patio (with patio furniture and umbrella in season), back deck (with commercial grill and deck furniture), landscaping, tree swing, and a fire pit with seating.

We had an awesome stay at The Wellington. The home was super clean. Accommodations were exactly as advertised on the site. We also enjoyed all the great spots to eat that are within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Lots of bedrooms. Cute decor. Lots of games for our family to play. This host has everything you could possibly need on your stay. We've rented houses before that didn't even have a hairdryer in the house,but this one has everything you might need. Very impressed! The wifi was incredibly fast!

This was a great place within walking distance of EKU for my daughters college orientation. Very clean and comfortable beds. A great yard area is included if you are staying longer, as well as a grill! We would stay here again!

Beautiful Home in Close Proximity to EKU
This was such a perfect home for our campus visit to EKU. The owner was so responsive and the home was beautiful, well-maintained, and felt warm and welcoming. Would absolutely recommend this home for those reasons as well as walking distance to EKU and many restaurants.
