"Loved Sullivans Island...The house and Pool area was great. Very ample white Towels and nice white Bed Linens. Very Practical House for a big family. Great Kitchen from which to work and serve. (Needs a big sald Bowl and some serving and Mixing Bowls) Very uncrowded Beach in this area.....Loved all the History nearby. The rental company was very helpful and responsive to our needs. "The property was fabulous. Even though close to highway heard absolutely nothing. These mini apartments are homey and very clean and spacious. If I had stayed longer would have had the opportunity to cook. Perfect establishment to stay at if here for more than a few days. The only thing I did not like was Expedia failed to advise there was a $250.00 incidentals hold so that was quite a surprise when checking in."

"Outstanding amenities, the apartment is thoughtfully designed, the staff even left a welcome gift 💝! Quite needed, after a long drive! Parking instructions are very clear and even though it was the first time using the carousel parking, it all seemed pretty intuitive. Check-in was seamless, and staff extremely patient in explaining all the functionalities available at THE IRIS "
