"Perfect for our mother daughter getaway! So close to the beach it is practically in your backyard. The cottage is small, adorable and charming. The deck and outdoor shower were super nice. We recommend renting a golf cart for easy trips to center street. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again!"

The house was decorated for Christmas. It was well-stocked for me to cook meals. The host communicates quickly. There is a guest book with recommendations. The host even offered a bottle of wine! "This house is a quick walk across the street to the beach and a five minute bike ride to Night Heron Park! Quiet without much traffic. House had some helpful extras like oil and some spices and extra paper towels…makes such a difference when cooking! Beds were comfortable and the WiFi worked well. Would stay here again."

"The home had a lot of character. The wife noticed that under and behind the couch hadn't been cleaned in a while. The door leading to the porch sticks and the door knob is about to come off. The lamp near the main bedroom door is broken. The wife also noticed when washing dishes, there was sediment in the water supply. The home needs a thorough maintenance inspection. Everything else was perfect, and the owners were a delight."

"This nicely decorated home makes for a wonderful family beach vacation with its spacious open layout, indoor sunroom, and dual deck space. It's nestled in a shady, wooded area in a family-friendly neighborhood and is a 8 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the pool, and an easy bike ride to anywhere on the island (including Freshfield's Village)."
