"Booked a 2 bedroom suite as we were travelling as a family of 4 . it turned out to be a 2 br apartment , spacious and well maintained. the only downside was that no toileteries were provided, something that we werent prepared for . Buffet dinner and breakfast was extensive but the menu and quality was just okay. As it was supposed to be a beach and pool holiday , we couldnt enjoy the pool as it is not covered, therefore of no use in hot summer sun. Its very nearby to Al Hamra Mall which is just...

"We had a fantastic stay at Mughal Suites. Shadi and Diana checked us in and gave us a lovely suite. It was clean, the AC worked perfectly and we had a nice pool view. Diana called us to make sure everything was ok and let us know the name of the person who would be at the front desk after she left. When checking out, they even went through the room to make sure we didn’t forget anything. Parking was easy and ample. We bought the beach passes for the Hilton across the street. "Apartment OK but area it is in is awfull. There was building work noise 24 hours and therefore little sleep. No notification of this on booking or wouldn't have gone. Food served in Sports Bar took an hour to arrive and was cold. Had to be sent back and even then was not the best."

"aside from a little maintenance that's needed on the apartment unit, over-all is good. staffs were polite and very accommodating. the grocery store down the building has lots of varierty and essentials that you could choose from. the location is peaceful yet some residents aren't following the safety protocols of wearing masks in enclosed area. "

"The description of the hotel facilities as posted on Hotels.com was not very accurate, site stated that the hotel had private beach it did not, also complimentary newspaper well there was but you had to read it in the lobby, pool area was great but a little crowded but after all it was EID weekend. I think the Hotels.com information needs to be updated we did rent this beacuse of the private beach wording. Would I go back .... yes as the rooms were big if a little dated."
