"This place was perfect for our annual trip to Buffalo for a Bills game!!! Apartment was very clean and comfortable!! When I messaged Carlos to see if he had a crockpot (for our tailgating prep ) he immediately purchased one and had it delivered before we arrived ! ( even after I said I could bring mine). Had a little difficulty with the security/entrance but that was more on us !! (Not super tech savvy). . He had a back up key right there waiting for us !!! Loved all the little notes around...

"This property has at least five abandoned/boarded up homes around it. The neighborhood is quiet, but it's not very family friendly. Our stay was quiet, the listing was accurate as far as living space but lacking specifics. It is a shared property, so not private. On road parking only, again a drawback."

"I have nothing but great things to say about our stay! The place is very cozy and super clean. The rooms are spacious, bathrooms have toilet paper, extra towels. There was a travel crib for my one year old that I appreciated very much!! The location is also perfect as it is close to the Niagara Falls touristic spots, including the Seneca Casino. There is also a supermarket (Tops) 5 min away which was also very convenient. The owner stopped by when we settled in to check if we needed anything....

"Overall the stay was great! The place was very clean and the property manager was very prompt with responses to questions. The only 2 minor issues, personally, were... 1. If someone is renting the upstairs, you can hear every move they make downstairs. The steps for the upstairs guests are only separated by 2 doors that would lead into the downstairs apartment but are remain locked. One of those doors is very to the bedrooms.
