"What an amazing place right on the beach. We were the only ones stay at the beach property. Loved the lounge chairs, hammock, kayaks. Had communication problems with the property manager at times. No one around upon arrival and no instructions for wifi and TV. He did make arrangements for private snorkeling and fishing tours. The place does not have a hot tub as listed in amenities. The location is ideal at the quiet end of the sidewalk."

"We’ve been to Placencia several times, but our first stay here. Loved it! Candace’s advice and arrangements, for guides, restaurants, even a massage, were dead on. The location is within easy walking distance of all we could have wanted. And guides picked us up on the beach in front of the property! We thought this might be our last visit here, but reconsidering now. "

"The apartment was very clean, spacious and in a great location for the price. The pool was very nice, and cool after a hot day of touring. The wifi is weak, but seventeen.it is also very quiet condemn there is a popular bar just steps away. Communication with the host was spot on, they even held a parking space for us!"

"Very unique location for a home to rent. Almost all others in the area is hotels. On the boardwalk and walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars. Keyless entry, that manually locks. Furniture was not clean. Shower burning hot, but there is an outdoor shower. "

"We truly enjoyed our experience in Placencia and having a nice condo to come back to after our daily excursions was very comforting. We did not get to take advantage of the kitchen but looked well equipped if that is part of your planning. I liked that it was close to the center of town but far enough were we did not get any crowds or noise. We would stay again if we came back to the area."

"Shelley was a great help for us. Answered all my questions and was very curtious. The cabana was a bit on the older side but everything works great. The beach and around our cabanas was swept and cleaned everyday! Even though we were right beside the Barefoot Bar and Tipsy Tuna we had no problem falling asleep at 9 pm! I did use my ear plugs for Saturday night but more of a precaution. If you are a light sleeper than ear plugs would be useful. Thanks again Shelley and Anna. Loved the extra...
