The villa had everything you could possibly think of. the porches on both sides made for wonderful views. She provided us with a very comprehensive list of things to do in the area, dining, excursions, shopping etc. Highly recommend you use her."

"The townhouse was very nice. I guess we missed in the description that you could only go by pontoon to town as this is on an island. Also, make sure you tell your taxi driver to take Sunset Point Road - we don't know where the name Manatee came into place and our taxi wanted to take us to the Manatee Inn which is not the right place."

"We spent 2 weeks here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The management company was always responsive and Edwin is fabulous. My only caution is to anyone with trouble negotiating stairs. The LR/kitchen is upstairs; the bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs. The palapas on the roof is an extra bonus. Breathtaking 360 view. Comfortable sofa and chairs and a very nice grill which we only used once. The road you use to get here is dirt and fill of potholes but not a problem. Plenty of parking if...

"This was my second time back to Placencia Point and I brought a group of 8 friends with me. We had an absolute blast! It's the best spot for access to the village but also gives you more privacy and natural views. The accommodations are fabulous. I feel right at home with everything I need from kitchen to bath. The pool is delightful and the best part is getting to know Edwin and his lovely family that are alway there if you need them."
