"My stay was amazing! The room was beautifully appointed and roomy, and the room service was great! I wasn’t planning on staying in LA but I missed my connecting flight and had no choice. The Hyatt was very bright spot in all of that mess!"

"The location is convenient if you have to fly out of LAX. The shuttle service runs every hour so you don’t have to worry about getting to and from the airport. Depending on the time of day, the hotel can get pretty hectic, but the staff is professional and work quickly. The downside to that fast service is that the customer service suffers. When I checked in, the staff members spoke really fast, was not very warm or friendly, but had that cold professional tone/manner. "
