"A nice clean room in a quiet area. It’s in a good location, a short walk from the beach and plenty of shops nearby. The host was friendly and laid back. I would stay again if I visited Ramsgate. "

"Disappointing stay (Joss room) which was a shame as location was perfect for me. Shower was broken, was offered communal shower but on close inspection I decided not to use. Blind in room doesn’t close properly, lots of light coming in, very noisy fountain out front which you can still hear with windows closed. Very poor Wi-Fi. Pub itself was lovely, staff friendly, no food on Mondays though."

"The hotel is in a prime Ramsgate location high up over the harbour; all front rooms have superb views. The welcome was warm and we were shown to our room (22) on the third (top) floor. There was no information about the public areas either verbally or in-room, so we explored & found four charming downstairs rooms.
