"The Holiday inn offers parking at a reduced cost for guests across the road based on talbot Road which is handy for the disabled. Another facility is that the lift ( lower ground) from the hotel takes you to the tram stop which is very convenient if you are disabled, however, doors need to be disabled friendly ( Hotel is addressing this issue once the contract has expired). Also I enjoy a game of bingo and Mecca is 5 minutes away from the hotel. The Hotel was clean and shower system was amazing. The breakfast was the best and staff were friendly and very pleasant, polite, and very accommodating. I recommend this hotel in Blackpool and will definitely be staying there again."

"This is a lovely hotel. It is set in a stunning location, with views from the conservatory across the lake. The hotel is beautiful inside, with lovely dining areas serving excellent food, friendly and helpful staff, a lovely spa and swimming pool, and nicely decorated bedrooms. The hotel is also dog-friendly. The Windermere cruises depart from outside the hotel, and it is also a short walk across the car park to the Lakeside Aquarium and Lakeside & Haverthwaite Railway."

"If I had read my emails before arrival I would’ve found out about the parking being over the road but even so, staff at reception gave me all the information I needed and allocated a permit for us. Everywhere was so clean and neat and the reception staff were so helpful and engaging, giving us some local information and also discussing driving routes etc. room was beautiful- lovely deep bath, iron and board, hairdryer all good quality. Only issue we had was the heating, we couldn’t turn it down but it wasn’t too much of a hassle to us. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking. Close to main centre, shopping and entertainment- we did use the bar but not the restaurant and we found it lively and clean and again lovely staff "
