"Nice sized property with plenty of space and very well equipped. We were a party of 4 adults, 2 small children and dogs. The views were beautiful and the house was very clean. "

"The property was very clean, warm and comfortable. The top bedroom, which was in the attic was well appointed but our group felt it might not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. I was able to contact the owners easily and they responded to my requests for extra crockery promptly. The property was in a quiet area but still very convenient for the train station and the city centre which was about a 10 minute walk away. There was plenty to do in Lancaster but the property was well...

"Had a great long weekend at the property. Had loads of stuff there to use the kitchen to its full potential. Was lovely and warm and everyone had plenty of space in the accommodation. We were able to celebrate Christmas with my mum who is going to Guatemala next month and won’t be there. A few tiny tweaks will make this a perfect let but already great as it is."

"We enjoy our stays at Thurnham Hall. There was a problem with hotwater supply to our block, we were kept fully informed, given alternative showering option etc. 'It' happens, we judge it on how its handled, and it was handled well. "
