"Stayed here for 3 days for a bird hunting trip. Property was very close to good hunting areas. It was a little difficult to find as it’s very much in a remote area. The property owner was very good about providing directions. The rental was far larger than expected; so much space we could have had several more people in our group. The property is pet friendly which is very much appreciated. The building is confusing at first, because it’s attached to a convenience store, however, it never feels like you don’t have privacy and it’s nice to run next door for any small things you may need. The check in and out procedure was quick and easy. We would stay here again if in the area. "

"Didn’t see Bigfoot or the Northern Lights, but we enjoyed the house and the area. The house was well insulated and airtight. I enjoyed cooking in well stocked kitchen. "

"The location is quiet and private.There are 5 cottages and a main house so you have some privacy. The cottages are nice and have all your necessities. The view of the lake is beautiful! We all enjoyed our stay at Elemental on beautiful Shag Lake! Our host George was helpful and communication was perfect! "

"This place was amazing with the water on both sides. It offered something for everyone in our group kyaking, fishing, bonfires. Parking was a bit tight as we had four trucks and trailers with side by sides but we were able to make it work. We had a wonderful time riding the trails during the day and hanging out playing cards and sitting around the campfire at night. Would love to come back during the summer and again next fall. a great hangout spot "

"The setting was plan, mostly undeveloped. But I can’t think of a motel where every thing that’s so well cared for including its guests. I will not hesitate making a reservation if I need to stay in the area. "
