"I especially liked that the front office staff spoke English. They were very helpful in providing info on bus transportation. Michael was kind to supply an ice pack, due to an accident. The breakfast was wonderful. I would highly recommend!"

"We really enjoyed our time at Vittoria Design Hotel. Paula was a wonderfully accommodating host. Her son was wonderful as well. They Always met our needs and helped us with anything we needed. We had a balcony overlooking Tuscany and even saw a hot-air ballon gathering and a few small deer(?) from our balcony on Friday. The place is a little worn, but they do a great job maintaining it. "Had higher expectations - but all in all was okay. The actually chalet was nice and clean and spacious even if only 20 square meters. Kids animation and staff was grand. Cars on premise are not allowed - but the train that was the only form of transportation around the resort only passed by every 20 to 30 minutes which was annoying. Food options very very expensive for not so good quality and variety. Had difficulty for my child to eat as gluten intolerant. Pools all close at lunch time -...

"The gardens were iconic and relaxing though the bathrooms were outdated and small and due to the tile flooring and wooden doors noise traveled far within the space. "

"We were so pleased with our luck to find this gem of a property at the last minute! The room was gorgeous a d the staff was extremely helpful before and during our stay. Fresh strawberries and a bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a special added touch! You will not be disappointed. "I just needed a place to sleep so I could spend my days at the beach. This was a very affordable hotel for me travelling alone and I found the staff very accommodating and friendly. The outside of the building in the back didn’t look the neatest and the pool did not have water in it as something had broken and it was not fixed when I stayed there.
