"Very cozy hotel with parking included which is a real plus if you're travelling around Tuscany by car. Breakfast buffet (also included) was great. Although somewhat in the outskirts of the city, it's just a walk away from the historic center, and it's quite a pleasant walk thru beautiful, cobble stone streets and pathways. Highly recommend it."

"We had an excellent 4-night stay at Hotel Italia. We were particularly impressed by the friendliness, helpfulness, efficiency of the staff - desk, breakfast room, cleaning service. Our room was clean and well-kept. All the facilities worked well: shower temperature and pressure, heating, lights, tea kettle, refrigerator. The beds were standard European firmness. The bedding was cozy. Breakfast was a delicious spread, with lots to choose from. The Hotel is just a few minutes walk from the train station, and an easy walk to the historic district. We highly recommend Hotel Italia."
