"Had higher expectations - but all in all was okay. The actually chalet was nice and clean and spacious even if only 20 square meters. Kids animation and staff was grand. Cars on premise are not allowed - but the train that was the only form of transportation around the resort only passed by every 20 to 30 minutes which was annoying. Food options very very expensive for not so good quality and variety. Had difficulty for my child to eat as gluten intolerant. Pools all close at lunch time -...

"I especially liked that the front office staff spoke English. They were very helpful in providing info on bus transportation. Michael was kind to supply an ice pack, due to an accident. The breakfast was wonderful. I would highly recommend!"

"We really enjoyed our time at Vittoria Design Hotel. Paula was a wonderfully accommodating host. Her son was wonderful as well. They Always met our needs and helped us with anything we needed. We had a balcony overlooking Tuscany and even saw a hot-air ballon gathering and a few small deer(?) from our balcony on Friday. The place is a little worn, but they do a great job maintaining it. "I just needed a place to sleep so I could spend my days at the beach. This was a very affordable hotel for me travelling alone and I found the staff very accommodating and friendly. The outside of the building in the back didn’t look the neatest and the pool did not have water in it as something had broken and it was not fixed when I stayed there. It also was far away from the town so I had to walk five minutes to take a fifteen minute bus ride to the beach and back every day, which was fine for...

"We were so pleased with our luck to find this gem of a property at the last minute! The room was gorgeous a d the staff was extremely helpful before and during our stay. Fresh strawberries and a bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a special added touch! You will not be disappointed. Located steps away from shopping and Il Campo where there is plenty to see and do…yet the location is quiet and secluded, best of both!! "

"Wir hatten das Haus mit Meerblick gebucht und das muss man machen! Auf eigener Terrasse morgen ersten Kaffe trinken und langsam mit frischer Brise wach werden… oder beim wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang einen Abendessen begleitet vom Glas Wein genießen - das war herrlich. Es gab eigene liegen und Stühle auf dem Strand, sodass man praktisch immer eigenen Bereich hatte. Die Strandliegen haben wir allerdings selten benutzt, weil wir die meiste Zeit auf eigenen Terrasse im Schatten verbracht haben....

"Wonderful location!!! Everything within walking distance. Friendly staff, clean modern room. Shower needs repairing. Will definitely return to stay here. If you are driving to the hotel, It’s a ZTL zone so contact the hotel to make arrangements for your car to be garaged. Don’t need a car here. It is in the best location!!!"

Jedyne czego się obawialiśmy tylko że będzie trudno znaleźć domek, jako że przejeżdżaliśmy późno wieczorem ale mapy prowadziły doskonale a sama posiadłość była oświetlona i nie było w związku z tym żadnych problemów z trafieniem tam"

"Beautiful hotel and awesome location. Hotel is located at the edge of Siena central city. An easy walk to the city with the added benefit of being in a quiet location. We loved Siena! The grounds were beautiful as was the hotel and room. The room was a spacious apartment with a large bedroom full of windows overlooking the beautiful grounds. Also,a comfortable king bed with an attached living room and kitchen. We cooked in our room one night with the supplies from the large grocery store a short walk from the hotel. Dishes, utensils and cooking pans supplied in the room. The train and bus terminal were a short walk from the hotel for easy connections to other areas. We loved this hotel so much we extended our stay an extra day. "
