Reception was OK but the place was hard to find. the Parking was to far from the hotel, and even though it afforded the visitors a quieter stay, the walk from parking to the hotel was made miserable by the Grape flies. the driveway from the main road was a dirt road full of boulders and pits and I thought I was going to lose the undercarriage of the rented car. the plastic cups and the ceramic glasses in the room were dirty and unusable. breakfast was good each morning and the...

"This Villa/hotel was everything you need when staying in amazing Tuscany. The rooms were very spacious and romantic. The hotel grounds are ample and very well kept, it looks like a beautiful canvas. The front desk lady named Marina was amazing with the check in process and very helpful and informative. The only issue we had was the food Wich was not to our liking but that’s expected as they don’t have a real dedicated fully operational restaurant so it was fine. "This is a nice hotel but feels like it needs some TLC. Our bathroom and outdoor deck needed some new tile and other work done. We only stayed one night so it was OK but I would have been upset if it was the majority of our vacation or for a big event. Best way to describe was "tired""
