"The hosts are wonderful and accommodating. The meals are nice. The room was like a cabin, with a fiberglass skylight- not suitable for sleeping past dawn. No A/C or desk fan. No bedside light. Mosquitos were a problem. Sorry. I wanted to heap praise, but cannot."

"A little noisy since it looks like there's a school nearby and the kids noise woke us up in the morning. Also did not help that the staff was knocking on everyone's door offering laundry service in the morning and was heard almost on the whole floor before they even got knock on our door."

"I already submitted a review, then came back and stayed one more night. The room had a dehumidifier in it. For good reason. A lot of moisture and smelled like mildew. It was cold so we grabbed a blanket from the closet. So stinky with mildew. This room was 108, our previous room was 816, no mildew or complaints. Don’t expect a spa treatment, don’t think too many people order them and when I wanted a facial, they tried to get their staff to work… no takers. "

"We had a wonderful time at the Swissotel! It was a perfect place to relax after a trip to the Galapagos. We had the added bonus of sharing the hotel with the Barcelona Soccer (Football) team. We are thankful for the Concierge service and the hotel driver that helped us get last minute tickets to the Football game. Amazing breakfast buffet as well!!"
