"I already submitted a review, then came back and stayed one more night. The room had a dehumidifier in it. For good reason. A lot of moisture and smelled like mildew. It was cold so we grabbed a blanket from the closet. So stinky with mildew. This room was 108, our previous room was 816, no mildew or complaints. Don’t expect a spa treatment, don’t think too many people order them and when I wanted a facial, they tried to get their staff to work… no takers. "

"The perfect place to stay for a few days if you want to be in the downtown business district of Quito. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well as the Megamaxi supermarket, Carolina park and cinema. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and Carmen was an absolute sweetheart. Would definitely stay there again."

"Failed to show up for airport transfer to property. We got a taxi that got lost then was unable to climb the mountain due to their road conditions. We had to climb the mountain by foot to attempt to check in but the staff had already left for the evening and failed to respond when we continued to ask for assistance. Our flight arrived at midnight and at 2am my family was still not sure where we would be staying the next 3 days/nights. Taxi driver was awesome and found us a safe place to rest...

Only small inconvenience is this splendor is located in a residential area pretty local and nothing to do around. Restaurant food is good but with American prices.
