"Property was good but poorly maintained. So dirty. Had to keep the kid away from the floor because it was so dirty. The description of the ammeneties is a big lie for the following reasons: 1. Pool table is there but was completely fallen apart. 2. BBQ was includdd but didn't work. 3. The 3 Car Gagage was of no use as it was full of junk. 4. The property was not a waterfront. We couldn't even access the waterfront as it belonged to someone else. They advertised it as a water front...

"This place was gorgeous, super clean and well-kept! Our family stayed here for a few nights as a stop on our way to Sandbanks Beach. Perfect location with all the ammenities/grocery stores. There is even a nice playground within walking distance! "

"Very spacious. Lots of room for six adults and three children. The fenced back yard was great as we had a toddler with us. We even saw a pair of swans with their young passing by on the river. Groceries were available close by if we needed anything. We all agreed we had a great time. Would recommend it for families."

"I would definitely recommend this stay to a group who loves nature as well as a modern aspect. The stay was beautiful, although we did have a bit of a hiccup on the first day: as there was garbage rotting all over the front porch…the host had very good communication and was very good about having someone clean it soon as possible.
