While it was just the two of us, there was bedding upstairs for an additional 4 people. The electric fire insert was nice and warm. Puzzles and two tables to work on them. "My wife and I went there as a romantic getaway. It is a beautiful space, clean, lots of space (entire floor) and unique, cozy atmosphere. The owner is friendly and accommodating. He is constantly improving the property. Everything was pretty much brand new. "

"We had such a great time and a wonderful stay at the Lake House in Marshall, Michigan. The home has stunning unobstructed views of a lake and you really can't see any other homes. The deck was nice to hang out on and we used the firepit one night and enjoyed the stars and a beautiful moon. The house is well equipped in the two kitchens. "This was a comfortable and spacious room in downtown Hillsdale. Easy walking distance to restaurants and a somewhat longer walk to Hillsdale College. Downsides: very soft mattress and the location of the toilet in the bathroom is awkward for larger people. Since we were petite it was fine. When we had an issue with the lock it was promptly rand easily resolved. Overall a comfortable experience."
