"Very nice clean cottage with beautiful views. It was chilly and windy so we didn't take out the boats or kayaks so I guess we will have to come back. Rhonda stopped by to make we got checked in okay and didn't need anything. We thought that was above and beyond and it was appreciated. "

"It was supposed to be a gathering of siblings and spouses each traveling from a couple hours away. A getaway for seven turned into a fun weekend for four. One missed because of illness. Two missed because of a family death the day we were supposed to stay. Owners were very sympathetic and understanding of the situation. The four who stayed had a good time and we hope to book again for a more complete siblings weekend."

" Hard to watch baseball playoffs when Tv is streaming.Wi-Fi was going in and out. Grandkids brought fishing poles to fish off dock and it was brought in already. Owner said it’s usually out till end of October. Hot tub was not ready for first night there, we had to turn up heat and wait till next day. Place was clean and had plenty of room. "Our mother rented the house for her three sons and their wives who were from Ft. Wayne, Texas and Seattle. The home was very clean with comfortable beds and Mom loved sitting at the table and looking out at the lake since she wasn’t able to climb all of the steps down to the water. The only thing wrong was the front steps and stairs inside the house up to the great room were difficult for one of the wives getting ready for knee surgery soon and for our elderly mom. "We stayed here for a couple nights during the week in August. Everything was great. We had a fun time using the Kayaks and sitting down by the dock. It’s a small lake but was perfect for the kids to Kayak. The he house was clean and the neighbor we met was very nice. "I love this house and this is my 3rd stay. I love that it is rustic and modern at the same time. Walking out to the water, beach and dock in the morning is amazing. "We had 7 guys staying for the weekend and had an awesome time together! Game room was great and super spacious. Main apartment area upstairs was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had issue with the internet the first night and the owner connected with the provider the next morning to get it back up and running for us."

"Our extended family had a wonderful stay! We loved the home and the beautiful views, and enjoyed our morning coffee and late-night stargazing from the deck. (We even had a hummingbird visitor.) The kitchen was extremely well-stocked and so easy for more than one person to work in at a time. There were so many options for spending time on or in the water, and we ended up canoeing and kayaking every day. This is definitely a favorite lake vacation home!"

Great location: golf course across the street, on the lake for boating, sand bar, fishing, walking around the island, golf carting if you bring one, and great community of friendly people.
