The front desk staff was friendly and professional. The room decor was well worn and appeared dingy. The room seriously needed an update… especially carpet and entire bathroom! The wall mirror was full of smear and print marks. Fortunately, the bed was comfortable and water pressure was decent. I did appreciate and enjoyed the included breakfast. I most likely will not stay there again unless the rooms are updated.

More water went to the bathtub than the shower so I gave up taking a shower. Bottom of shower curtain was yucky anyway. People who worked at front desk very nice.

The service was good. The room could have been a little cleaner and the bathroom was primitive. There wasn't any breakfast meat. The room was supposed to be smoke free and I was kept awake all night by the smell of cigarettes which I am allergic to causing me sinus and respiratory distress.

This area and hotel have so much potential, but it's so outdated. We couldn't get even wifi in the room. Maybe understaffed? It was really hard to find someone to ask questions. The pool/arcade realllllly needed an update. The pool looked yellow and brown.. I chose not to find out if it was dirty or just super stained. There was a smell in the room that instantly burned my throat. The coffee maker has literal mold growing inside. The bathroom had no fan and again, was hopefully super stained and not actually dirty? ....the beds were really nice and I like their pet policy.

Worst place I've ever stayed. The room smelled, bed and pillows hard and the sheets felt like they were pilled. We checked in around 10:00pm and left around 4:00am because we were unable to sleep.
