"This is not a chain hotel, this is a boutique hotel with a small number of rooms. It’s located in a secure gated community with attentive security. There’s a golf course on the grounds as well as a polo field and some other activities. The room itself was very spacious and clean with plenty of light, both natural and artificial. It has a television and a dedicated heat/AC system. The on-site restaurant has delicious food with excellent service. I have all positives to say about this...

"The hotel has a great location and it gives you a great feel of Queretaro architecture. The bakery for breakfast is delicious and the waitress is great! Hotel service totally depends on the shift. If the lady is there, you’ll have a nice experience and she will be very helpful, but if you have the guy, be prepared for weak service and a very disinterested attitude. "
