"The staff most particularly on the breakfast area were courteous and friendly. The room was affordable aside from the fact that Comfort Inn is not very far from the falls."

"It was easy to find, the staff was super nice and accommodating. Tour guide picked us up at the hotel, which was most convenient. They are a 7 min walk to the Skylon Tower (where we did have dinner). They are about a 25 minute drive to Niagara on the Lake (which we wanted to visit on the way home). The hotel has a Starbucks - big plus in my book. Room was as described - the falls could be seen clearly directly in the middle of our window (no partial view where you need to be a contortionist to get a glimpse). They do charge 44.00 to park - but you can keep your car there all day after check out. So, Thumbs Up!"

"Beautiful view of both falls from the window. Convenient walk to table rock and the bus that takes you to all the stops. I would absolutely recommend the view, at least once in your life. It was breathtaking. "

"The staff was awesome. The hotel is very clean. The Elevators are slow especially during peak breakfast hours. I recommend putting a bench just beside the elevators. "
