"This hotel is connected to the skytrain which is a much better option than driving into downtown Vancouver. There are so many stops on the way if you are looking for food and drinks. The Street market is very close by. The pool is fun with a small slide for the kids and large hot tub. the room/suite was clean and spacious. Parking was in garage on the 2nd floor with elevator. Had a great trip and love the hospitality."

"I have stated this properly multiple time, and the service is always excellent from the check-in to the concierge to the valet, to the room service. rooms are beautifully decorated high quality. Great gym, pool and hot tub. Lively, trendy bar in the upper lobby as well. It's just a very pleasant stay every time."

"Some pros and cons for this hotel. Pros: good location, friendly staff, fun features like an arcade game and free library, fairly clean and renovated. Cons: very noisy from street noise (lots of sirens since you’re across from the hospital). I would be super hesitant to bring a toddler here as the railings in the courtyard had easy to slip through sections. We would stay here again as a couple but would be weary on bringing our kiddo with that safety concern. "
