"Overall, a great hotel for a good price. Only downside is parking is kinda hard to get due to it being a small parking lot, but besides that it was clean affordable and comfy."

"The beds were very comfy. It was close to Seattle Centre, which has museums, dining etc. While we visited when it was slow and it was not a problem for us, I could see in the summer that the pool would be very crowded as it is quite small. "

"The location was great but to find a parking spot is challenging even after you pay. The breakfast was nice with lots of options. We stayed for one night and the front desk was very friendly and gave us free water and local restaurant suggestions. However our wonderful experience was cut short by a very uncommon incident based on my vast experience with Hilton properties. We were checking out around 10 am trying to beat the Seattle traffic on our way to Port Angeles and requested the FD attendant for a couple of bottles of water as we did not want to stop by a gas station. The clerk refused to give my wife the water while she was handing the keys back. We were very surprised since Hilton hospitality is always top notch. May be this guy doesn’t need to represent the brand and look for a different profession or get a training in empathy. "

"We checked into the hotel during the bomb cyclone and the computer systems were not working. The lady at the reception did an amazing job getting everyone in during the horrible conditions! The hotel completely lost power around 10:00pm and we were without heat and electricity throughout the night and morning. The seemingly staff of ONE should be commended!"
