"The property was really cool heritage building. Very quiet. Each room had a little sitting area which was unique. Lots of character, the old staircase etc. staff very friendly and helpful. The actual seattle neighbourhood was a bit questionable but all in all very close to where we were going for our event, lots of cool pubs and restaurants around climate pledge arena. Would stay there again"

"The kitchen was very dirty. The knives in the knife block on the counterhad dried up food on them, the countertops had food stains on them, and there was one tiny cutting board. The bedroom was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The owner/contact was very nice and helpful."

"As noted in the listing, they are rooms, but it's important to know before you go: the walls are very thin, we heard someone coughing in the next room, so, do not expect privacy for conversations etc., two towels for two adults for five days, if you need more than that, bring them. Also, of note the dryer tripped the circuit breaker causing an "unfortunate" exchange with another guest at 11 am. Make sure you plan time to do laundry. "Place was clean, everything seemed relatively new, bathroom/bathtub was nice, everything worked, easy to get in and out. Shared kitchen isn't my preference, but it was well maintained."
