"Excellent property in a great location. The parking recommendations were not helpful without better instruction. It was difficult to find this property on a rainy Saturday evening during the holidays (many pedestrians and closed roads) and better instructions on how to unload our belongings prior to parking in the nearby lot would have been helpful. Otherwise, excellent place and would definitely recommend. "

"It was perfect. Staff was so kind and helped us with a taxi. Every day they gave us fresh towels without asking. They also had tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and a snack basket for us. The location was also so perfect, right next to the Fairmont Chateau Frontenac. We had a perfect time."

"Every single staff person was incredibly nice and helpful, and helped to make our trip even better. We were there for Carnaval, and were excited to see Bonhomme made an appearance for breakfast one morning! Rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom design is a little funky, but we had a lovely stay with our toddler and would stay again. "

"The hotel is located in the lower town area of Old Quebec City and is very close to Petit Champlain and Place Royale. It is easy to get around from the place. When we stayed, they were constructing a new entrance to the hotel, so it wasn't super nice to look at, but didn't affect our stay. "

"Beautiful hotel steeped in rich history, very well maintained and much nicer with the recent renovation of rooms. The pool and hot tub were nice, the boys that worked in the pool room were absolutely sweet and brought us towels, slippers to wear back to the room and even offered to take some pictures of us since we were struggling to take one of us ourselves. "This property is located in Old Town Quebec. It’s within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. The room and bathroom are somewhat small but well appointed. There’s no coffee or fridge in the room but coffee and a continental breakfast (separate charge) was available. The hotel did provide a small fridge to our friends who needed to store medication. The staff were wonderful and helpful. We would stay there again."
